Our Lot price ranges from $6.5 - $10.5 million Guyana dollars for a 55 x 100  building lot. In addition, our client can choose !/4, 1/2, or 1 acre lots.

Our payment plan is very flexible. Our clients can deposit as little as 25% down and have an easy interest-free monthly payment. The building lots are transported and transferable and can be financed through several financing institutions.
